    Rank 2 spells are obtained by turning in "Dreadmote" items to Tomekeeper Kerkaz in Shard's Landing. These Dreadmotes drop in all Rain of Fear zones. Each named has a chance to drop 1. Mission Chests also drop a single Dreadmote.

    Level 91 - Minor Dreadmote
    Level 92 - Lesser Dreadmote
    Level 93 - Median Dreadmote
    Level 94 - Greater Dreadmote
    Level 95 - Glowing Dreadmote


    Rank 3 spells are obtained by turning in "Terrormote" items to Tomekeeper Kerkaz in Shard's Landing. These fragments drop from chest rewards for RoF raids.

    Level 91 - Minor Terrormote
    Level 92 - Lesser Terrormote
    Level 93 - Median Terrormote
    Level 94 - Greater Terrormote
    Level 95 - Glowing Terrormote
