Spell acquisition in Veil of Alaris can be a little confusing. All ranks are dependant on your Alaran Language skill to determine what you can or can not get.
Rank 1
Rank 1 spells are sold in Argath by various merchants on the top floor. Common level 91-93 have no requirements, Uncommon level 91-93 require 25 Alaran, Common 94-95 require 25 Alaran, and Uncommon 94-95 require 50 Alaran. The merchants all show up on the Find list.
Each link below contains the full spell list for the class along with the language requirements to purchase the rank 1 in Argath:
Berserker - Bard - Beastlord - Cleric - Druid - Enchanter - Magician - Monk - Necromancer - Paladin - Ranger - Rogue - Shadowknight - Shaman - Warrior - Wizard
Rank 2
Rank 2 spells are obtained from The Sklyg in Beasts' Domain by turning in "xyz Alaran Cantrip". No requirements for level 91, 25 skill for levels 92-93, and 50 skill for levels 94-95.
Rank 3
Rank 3 spells are also from The Sklyg, this time by turning in "xyz Alaran Periapt". The Periapts come from raids or can be purchased with raid currency. It requires 25 skill for level 91, 50 skill for levels 92-93, and 71 skill for levels 94-95.
Type 3 Augs
All type 3 focus augs are from The Interceptors, in Beasts' Domain near Sklyg. They cost about 15000 plat each and require 71 alaran to buy.
